This restriction is implemented at the server level, ensuring protection beyond the application itself. A locked report may only be deleted in its entirety upon request from the original author. The server logs the locking time, which is shown on both the shared link and the PDF, allowing agents to confirm the report existed prior to their inspection.
Photos are numbered in order and include objective labels such as fixture type, material condition, and defect cause. Any disagreement can then be answered by referring to the photos rather than subjective opinions.
